Founded in 2025, Rough Rider Marine operates a fleet of 235' Class liftboats supporting offshore operations in the Gulf of America.
Home-ported in New Orleans, Louisiana, our vessels are built to meet the demanding conditions of Gulf work, offering the deck space, crane capacity, and personnel accommodations needed for offshore construction, maintenance, and support projects. Reliability and safety are at the core of everything we do, backed by a fleet built for performance in the field.

White Fleet Abandonment delivers comprehensive abandonment and decommissioning safe, sustainable decommissioning solutions. Our rigless spreads include cement pumps, double-drum wireline units, power packs, cement blenders, and tanks, supporting the full range of P&A operations.
Our abrasive cutting capability covers multi-string conductor cutting from 7" to 48" and single-string casing and pile cutting up to 120", with active multi-string proving up to 350 tons. It's all supported by our 25,000-square-foot Broussard Service Center, positioned near major South Louisiana ports for fast mobilization and lower transportation costs.
White Fleet has completed hundreds of well abandonments, facility removals, and pipeline abandonments across the Gulf of America.
White Fleet Drilling takes projects from conceptual design through permitting, drilling, completion, and abandonment. We own and operate three offshore jack-up rigs — WFD Rig 350, WFD Rig 400, and WFD Rig 450 — available for project-managed and turnkey drilling and completion, rig well abandonments, and day-rate contracts.
Our engineering team has planned, permitted, drilled and completed hundreds of wells across the Gulf of America, including a significant number executed within the post-2010 regulatory environment. Our team has extensive experience with dozens of clients performing these operations on a turnkey or project-managed basis

White Fleet Marine owns and operates two offshore supply vessels — the ML Grove and the JB Foster — that supply drilling rigs and production facilities throughout the Gulf. Both 220-foot vessels are DPS Class 1 with Z-drives, giving operators dependable logistics support for both rigless and rig-based work.
Each vessel carries 140' x 33' of clear deck space and 1,461 LT deadweight, with capacity for 2,224 barrels of liquid mud, 120,000 gallons of water, 8,000 cubic feet of dry bulk, and 83,600 gallons of fuel — enough to keep a rig or production facility supplied without unnecessary return trips. Because the vessels are owned and crewed in-house rather than chartered, marine support can be scheduled alongside our abandonment, drilling, and operating scopes.
White Fleet Operating was established in 2021 by an operations group with more than 30 years of Gulf of America experience. As a BOEM-recognized operator, we handle everything from field development and routine permitting through daily production surveillance, compliance testing, construction and drilling support, and full decommissioning — including well and pipeline abandonment, platform removal, and site clearance.
For operators, that means one partner across the life of the asset — whether we're taking over a mature property, supporting an active development, or retiring a field at the end of its run. Fewer contractor handoffs, a single line of regulatory accountability, and direct access to the group's rigs, vessels, and rigless spreads when the work calls for them.

White Fleet is committed to the health and safety of our employees, the public, and the environment. Our HSE program is built on four core values — Health, Safety, Environment, and Social Responsibility — and carried out through rigorous day-to-day oversight of field operations, continuous lessons learned from engineering and operational personnel, close alignment with contractor partners, and hands-on field verification of controls.
Just by its nature, abandonment and decommissioning are environmental restoration activities. With a staff of outdoor enthusiasts and long-term Operator personnel involved in many projects over our careers in the Gulf, we feel a moral obligation to help today’s Operators remove these aging assets and restore the environment to its original state for future generations to enjoy and appreciate.
White Fleet is committed to protecting the surrounding environment and meeting regulations during every operation. That commitment runs alongside our broader Health, Safety & Environment program, which governs day-to-day field oversight, close alignment with contractor partners on Safety and Environmental Management System requirements, and continuous field verification of controls.
